Oh…it’s ok to pick up the bone and get really stuck into it.
Ingredients
- Brown rib steak
- Onions
- Soup of your choice
- Vegetables as desired
Instructions
- Brown rib steak and onions in a hot camp oven.
- Add soup of your choice along with vegetables as desired.
- Return to the side of the fire and cover with hot coals for a low simmer.
- Pour yourself a couple of drinks, look up at the stars for an hour or so while solving the problems of the universe – checking regularly and replacing coals (looking like you know what you’re doing).
- Add some noodles towards the last 5 minutes or so.
- Serve and enjoy.
