Boned lamb roast
Can or two of vegetable soup
Any fresh chopped veggies you choose
Rice is optional at the end
Take a boned lamb roast and place in a thermal cooker saucepan/ or camp oven over hot camping coals.
Brown it on all sides to seal.
Stir in some onions and lightly cook until clear.
Add a can or two of vegetable soup and any fresh chopped veggies you choose and bring to the boil.
Simmer for about 15mins and place lid on or put in a thermal cooking bag.
Let it sit for about 4 hours to stew away quietly, however, ensure the coals are hot enough to keep the camping oven at a simmer.
*Option - You can mix in some rice and bring to boil again in the final stages.
