  1. Use both hands – one to stuff it in ya face and the other to catch.

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Cottee’s Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 250 ml Devondale Long Life Thickened Cream (no need to refrigerate)
  • 150 ml of milk (you can use the empty thickened cream carton to measure)
  • Arnott’s SAO biscuits

Instructions

      • Place two SAOs on the bottom of a tray – alfoil or plastic takeaway food containers are good
      • Empty the pudding mix, cream and milk into a bowl
      • Mix it well with a fork – but, be quick as it starts to set fairly quickly
      • Pour half of the mix into a sipper coffee cup (or similar) and shake to thicken
      • Spoon the mix onto the SAOs and cover with more SAOs – stack another layer on top to get 4 in a container
      • Pour the other half of the mix into the sipper cup and repeat
      • Chill for an hour – if you can wait
