Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Cottee’s Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 250 ml Devondale Long Life Thickened Cream (no need to refrigerate)
- 150 ml of milk (you can use the empty thickened cream carton to measure)
- Arnott’s SAO biscuits

- Place two SAOs on the bottom of a tray – alfoil or plastic takeaway food containers are good
- Empty the pudding mix, cream and milk into a bowl
- Mix it well with a fork – but, be quick as it starts to set fairly quickly
- Pour half of the mix into a sipper coffee cup (or similar) and shake to thicken
- Spoon the mix onto the SAOs and cover with more SAOs – stack another layer on top to get 4 in a container
- Pour the other half of the mix into the sipper cup and repeat
- Chill for an hour – if you can wait
